Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, has appointed Professor Ibrahim Danjuma, a former AUN faculty as the new Director General of the Debt Management Agency. The appointment, which takes immediate effect, is part of the Governor鈥檚 strategic effort to strengthen the state鈥檚 financial governance.
Professor Danjuma, a seasoned academic and administrator, brings a wealth of experience to the role. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management and has held several notable positions in the academic sector. These include serving as Dean of the School of Management and Information Technology at Modibbo Adama University, Yola, and as Chair and Head of the Department of Business Administration and Management at the 黑料网, Yola.
In a statement issued by the Governor鈥檚 office, Governor Fintiri congratulated Professor Danjuma on his new role, describing him as a 鈥渄istinguished professional with a proven track record in administration and financial management.鈥 The Governor expressed confidence that the professor鈥檚 extensive expertise will be instrumental in advancing the state鈥檚 debt management strategies and ensuring fiscal discipline.
